Service providers and disclosures
We may use infrastructure, authentication, analytics, communications, model, and support providers to operate Zahara. They receive information only for the services they perform for us and are subject to their own contractual and legal obligations. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect safety or rights, or in connection with a business transaction.
Retention and deletion
Retention depends on the type of information, workspace settings, the service being provided, security and audit needs, and legal obligations. We may keep limited records after account closure where needed for fraud prevention, dispute resolution, compliance, or enforcement. You can request account or personal-information assistance using the contact below.
Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Keep account credentials and connected-provider secrets confidential, use appropriate workspace permissions, and contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive a copy of certain personal information, or to object to particular processing. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where the law allows or requires it.
