Terms of Use

General terms for using the Zahara website, demo, and agent control plane.

Effective July 14, 2026

Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Use apply when you access the Zahara website, demo, or service. If you use Zahara for an organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these terms for that organization. A signed order form or other written agreement controls if it conflicts with these terms.

Accounts and workspace access

  • Provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure.
  • Use only workspaces, data, systems, and credentials that you are authorized to access.
  • You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for assigning appropriate workspace roles and approval permissions.
  • Notify us promptly if you believe an account or workspace has been compromised.

Using Zahara responsibly

You may use Zahara only in compliance with applicable law, these terms, and the permissions of the systems you connect. Do not use the service to violate rights, bypass security, distribute malware, interfere with the service, misrepresent agent activity, or access data without authorization.

Agents, approvals, and human review

Zahara provides controls for configuring, observing, approving, and auditing agent activity, but you remain responsible for the agents, models, tools, policies, data, and decisions used in your workspace. Review outputs and proposed actions before relying on them, especially where people, money, production systems, or regulated data may be affected.

Your content and connected services

You retain your rights in content and configurations you provide. You grant Zahara the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, and display that material to operate and support the service. Third-party models, tools, and integrations are governed by their own terms and privacy practices, and you are responsible for maintaining the permissions needed to use them.

Demo, preview, and beta features

Demo workspaces use synthetic or sample data and may be reset. Preview or beta features may change, be incomplete, or be withdrawn. Do not place production secrets, regulated data, or material you cannot replace into a shared demo or an expressly non-production feature.

Fees and commercial plans

Fees, capacity, usage limits, billing periods, renewals, and service commitments are described in the applicable checkout, order form, or written agreement. Except where that agreement or applicable law says otherwise, fees already incurred are non-refundable.

Zahara materials and feedback

Zahara and its licensors retain rights in the service, software, documentation, branding, and related materials. These terms do not grant permission to copy, resell, reverse engineer, or create a competing service from protected Zahara materials except where applicable law does not allow that restriction. If you provide feedback, we may use it without an obligation to you.

Suspension and termination

We may limit or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, or third parties; respond to a legal requirement; address non-payment; or investigate a material violation. You may stop using Zahara at any time. Provisions that by their nature should continue after termination remain in effect.

Service limitations

Zahara is provided on an as-available basis unless a written agreement says otherwise. AI and third-party services can produce inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, or unavailable results. To the extent permitted by law, Zahara disclaims implied warranties and is not responsible for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential losses. Applicable law may provide rights that cannot be waived, and nothing here limits those rights.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the service changes. Material changes apply prospectively after the updated terms are posted or otherwise communicated. Questions about these terms can be sent to agentinfo@zahara.ai.
